OLG Employees Fight For Union

Over seventy Table Games Supervisors and Pit Managers who work at the Brantford Charity Casino continue to fight for their right to form a union.

Workers at the casino voted to join SEIU last April but their employer has challenged their right to form a union insisting that they are management personnel.  Hearings are scheduled at the Ontario Labour Relations Board for January 17, 2008 and February 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 28, 29, 2008.
